Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Certain items are non-refundable, including perishable goods, personalised or custom-made products, hygiene or personal care items that have been opened, digital products, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.

Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Where approved, a replacement or full refund will be issued.
