Track Order

At Lysen Ltd, we provide tracking information for most orders to help you stay updated on your delivery.


Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link where available. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active, as carrier systems may take time to update.


Tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method, destination, and fulfilment partner. In some cases, partial tracking or delayed updates may occur while the parcel is in transit or passing through customs.


If your tracking link shows no updates for several days, this does not necessarily mean your order is lost. International shipments can experience temporary delays between tracking scans.


If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy, or if tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us at info@lysenltd.com with your order number and we will assist you.


Orders marked as delivered by the carrier but not received must be reported to us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.
