At Lysen Ltd, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the shipping information below before placing an order.
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Belgium. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been processed, it is dispatched directly from one of our fulfilment partners.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders shipped to the United Kingdom typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. Orders shipped to the Netherlands and Belgium usually arrive within 7 to 14 business days after dispatch. These delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, or peak periods.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for EU or UK deliveries are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or dispatched. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may be subject to additional shipping charges.
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@lysenltd.com and we will assist you in locating your shipment.
If an order is marked as delivered by the carrier but has not been received, customers are required to contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We may request additional information in order to investigate the issue with the carrier.
In the event that a parcel is lost in transit, we will review the case on an individual basis. Where a loss is confirmed, a replacement or refund may be issued at our discretion.
